Manufacturing
Bosch Automotive
Bosch, a leading Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry, emphasizes stringent production line efficiency management. While the Andon system has long played a vital role in ensuring operational effectiveness, traditional systems face notable efficiency bottlenecks in high-demand production lines.
To address these challenges, Bosch successfully integrated Tsingoal’s LocalSense RTLS system with its Andon system across two factories, delivering transformative results.
Rapid Downtime Anomaly Handling
Reduced response time from minutes to seconds, ensuring swift issue resolution.
Seamless Workflow Integration
Enabled machines to autonomously diagnose issues, request assistance, and initiate maintenance, streamlining the entire process.
Enhanced Operational Metrics
Improved production line uptime, operational efficiency, and adherence to production schedules while reducing costs.
This innovative combination of LocalSense RTLS, lean systems, and MES technology ensures Bosch’s production lines maintain optimal performance, setting a new benchmark in automotive manufacturing efficiency.
Warehousing
Debon Logistics Transfer Station
The Debon Logistics Transfer Station handles substantial daily throughput, especially during major e-commerce events like “Double Eleven,” where high transfer efficiency is critical. Accurate cargo location tracking, minimizing search time, and reducing vehicle idle time are top priorities.
By deploying Tsingoal’s LocalSense RTLS system, the station has achieved refined cargo management throughout its operations:
Cargo Positioning and Tracking
Provides real-time visibility of cargo locations, reducing delays.
Operational Trajectory Analysis
Optimizes workflows and enhances transparency.
Real-Time Inventory
Enables swift inventory checks, improving operational efficiency.
This system has significantly reduced cargo handling times and improved transfer efficiency, empowering Debon Logistics to maintain high throughput performance during peak seasons.
Mine & Tunnels
Coal Mine in Northeast Area
The ground coal transportation system at Tongliao Holingol Open-Pit Coal Mine operates in a complex environment. It has over 200 staff, over 100 working daily, with common high-risk operations. Traditionally, management relied on manual supervision for entry control and work tickets, and used walkie-talkies for communication, a typical regional practice.
To enhance worker safety during operations, the mine implemented Tsingoal’s LocalSense RTLS system for precise personnel tracking. Workers carry positioning tags that communicate wirelessly with positioning base stations, enabling real-time location tracking.
Key features include:
Geofencing
Prevents personnel from entering hazardous zones.
Historical Trajectory Analysis
Optimizes personnel scheduling and analysis.
Overdistance and Overspeed Alerts
Monitors unsafe behaviors in real time.
SOS Emergency Call
Provides rapid response during emergencies.
By integrating with 3D platforms and other subsystems, overall safety assurance improved by 50%. The mine has transitioned to a "low-manpower" and "unmanned" management model for processes ranging from coal crushing to transportation, significantly reducing safety risks and achieving the goal of “fewer people, safer operations; no people, zero incidents.”
