Localsense is a high-precision positioning system that can integrate with the existing information systems of chemical plants to exercise precise management of people and assets by fulfilling functions like employee tracking, data monitoring, production management, daily report and security warning. The system is featured by high accuracy, high stability, broad coverage, self-protection and anti-interference, regardless of dust, steam, and electromagnetic wave.

The Localsense hardware consists of intrinsic safety UWB gateways and tags following GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.4-2010 standards, which have been widely applied to factories with explosive risks, especially in areas containing flammable gas (classified as group T1-T6 in area II, 1-2 according to the standards) or explosive mixture of vapor and air, and therefore particularly designed for location and communication in chemical plants, tank farms, and gas stations.
